At this location the Landlord provided a clean shelled space for Old Navy to move into. For our team, this meant no demolition, but each job is unique – the Shops at Waldorf presented more intensive rough, ceiling, and finish construction phases. Our team was able to complete this location, keeping key stakeholders informed, in the provided timeline resulting in a minimal punch turnover.

Old Navy

This new Old Navy store, with near 9,000 of sales floor, was debuted at the Jersey Shore Premium Outlets. This placement is a part of Old Navy’s continued development of stores in key markets and prime shopping locations – already it is listed as a top store for Simon Properties. Taking the retailer from an existing store that had wood flooring & drop ceiling alike made for an initial demo portion from our team. Further work included both rough and finish carpentry, a new Unistrut grid for new lighting package, and fixture installation. After completed upgrades and securing inspections, customers will be greeted with a polished concrete floor, raised ceiling with a painted deck, and a sleek, revitalized storefront.
