This new Old Navy store, with near 9,000 of sales floor, was debuted at the Jersey Shore Premium Outlets. This placement is a part of Old Navy’s continued development of stores in key markets and prime shopping locations – already it is listed as a top store for Simon Properties. Taking the retailer from an existing store that had wood flooring & drop ceiling alike made for an initial demo portion from our team. Further work included both rough and finish carpentry, a new Unistrut grid for new lighting package, and fixture installation. After completed upgrades and securing inspections, customers will be greeted with a polished concrete floor, raised ceiling with a painted deck, and a sleek, revitalized storefront.
