Reformation

Reformation returns to another Simon location known for its luxury and boutique shopping, this time pairing with the Connor Construction team to deliver a space that is detailed and elegant. The scope included heavier demolition of existing conditions, framing, and installation of storefront and hard wood flooring. Each location has a uniqueness to it and this space was no different – our team worked with stakeholders in laying out a schedule that fit the needs of design, construction, and operations. Now open and serving the community, this store shows off the charm of the Reformation brand.

Garnering the attention of passerby’s is a primary function of all shopping in New York City. Potentially millions of people gazing into your store each day, all prone to walk in on a moment’s notice, captivating the audience can with simplicity. Reformations Brooklyn store has key features like large storefront windows and luxurious fitting rooms. Expediency and efficient handoff were the cornerstones of this project. Our team started from landlord delivered space and quickly completed light MEP work before tackling the bulk of carpentry, paint, and lighting. Williamsburg frequenters can now count on Reformation for their high fashion and vintage needs.

Reformation

Reformation is continuing their national expansion as a boutique women’s retailer after growing from southern California thrift experts. Since 2009 they have cemented themselves as a leader in sustainability and fashion – now in 17 states and 3 countries. This store, at the Woodbury Common Premium Outlets, is centrally located amongst luxury and boutique retailers. For this project simplicity ruled as our team completed the vanilla shell, cosmetic upgrades, and staging for fixtures. The result of this collaboration is an open space that is reminiscent of a gallery giving form and function to the shopping experience.
