Athleta worked with the Landlord to create a built-to-suit space that fit the base specification for their needs. After providing a storefront a vanilla shell space, Connor Construction’s team was selected to complete the fit out. Since this was new construction, we had time to order all long lead items, meticulously craft our schedule, and get external stakeholders on the same page. This store with 2,600 S.F. of salesfloor was completed quickly and turned over the Athleta team ready for opening.
