Tasked to bring the first 7 Brew to the NJ market, our client had high expectation for execution of this build. Modular construction with a schedule through the Mid-Atlantic winter meant fulfilling a tighter new construction timeline against challenges with weather. Our team was able to secure buy in from trade partners to meet this schedule along with successful coordination of the landlord portion of work.
